You can establish your work range and hour display format, add and edit holidays according to your country and choose the color you want to mark them, and even create status labels by color for all your tasks and event for easy identification. You can add your entire lesson plan, including start and end time, lesson, number, event, a brief description, resources, status, tuition payment, among other interesting things. You can also create a database with all the lessons you attend providing a brief description. All this information can be automatically backed up, setting the times and destination folder, or can be backed manually whenever you decide. It includes synchronization with Outlook; ability to export to excel, text, html, and xml; print support offering multiple options regarding format; print preview; among other things. It features an intuitive and attractive user interface similar to Microsoft Word 2007. The solution is very complete and provides multiple tools for different organization needs. |
